Zena Dennis

Facilitator, Founder & Managing Director

Zena has trained across the world. Earning a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree at Bournemouth University in England, she found her passion in the hospitality industry pursuing a career at Hyatt Regency, Trinidad, in the country of her birth. There, receiving great recognition for her ability to connect with customers, she quickly rose in rank, becoming Sales Lead at First. 

It was here that she realized her passion for entrepreneurship. Zena combined her education and experience to create a robust business — coached.

She creates environments where both employee and customer are in harmony, working together in the true spirit of service.

Zena believes that everyone is uniquely different. This philosophy serves as the foundation of coached. She seeks to meaningfully and personally connect with everyone she works with. It’s an approach that has worked. Her clients have seen their teams transform into dynamic service champions and clients become loyalists.
